Locking and Security
The adapter features an automatic dual locking mechanism. The top latch ensures proper lock between the adapter and the vehicle's charge port. When your Vehicle is locked, the adapter cannot be removed. When the vehicle is unlocked, the adapter can be removed from the charging port. The top locking button also releases the NACS (Tesla) charger when pressed down.

Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return period, which allows you to request a return within 14 days after receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, including all accessories and packaging.
Change of Mind or Unneeded Items
For returns due to change of mind, not needed, received as a gift, received a free adapter from the car manufacturer, or any other reason, the 14-day period applies. The adapter must be in perfect condition, not used, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs as we do not issue return labels for these situations. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
Defective Products
If a product is received defective, we will replace it by sending a replacement the same or next business day, provided it is in stock.

Acceptance of Returns
Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can address the issue.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Preorders
When canceling a preorder, we reserve the right to apply transaction fees up to $10 USD on refunds.
Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery and the package is returned to us, they are eligible for a refund minus restocking fees and any customs fees incurred by us.

- Shipping Costs for Returns: Except for defective products or incorrect shipments, customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.
- Restocking Fees: Restocking fees are applied to cover the processing, inspection, and repackaging of items. These fees are waived for defective products or incorrect shipments.
- Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if items have signs of use, damage, or missing parts.

Warranty Coverage
The limited warranty specifically addresses the product's performance under normal usage conditions. However, it does not cover issues arising from:
- Misuse, mishandling, or negligence
- Modifications to the vehicle's electrical system
- Accidents or damage from natural disasters (e.g., hail, floods, earthquakes)
- Damage incurred during transportation
- Unauthorized modifications or uses beyond the intended purpose
- Excessive wear and tear or physical/accidental abuse
